Times Square in New York City is a must see place for every traveller to NYC Midtown Manhattan, at the junction of Broadway and 7th Avenue. A greater area around Times Square is the Theatre District.

Since 1904 the New York Times moved to the new Times Building, this is called One Times Square in present days hence the name of the square. Times Square can be seen in most TV stations in the world for the New Years Eve celebrations when a Time Ball (a device used in the past to measure time) is dropped from the One Times Square at 12 am. This event is possibly the busiest time for Times Square with about one million people present.

Something that makes Times Square peculiar is the colorful signs that lighten the nitght and create a unique picture which in its essence is the icon of New York City.

Travellers can find cheap hotels in New York City near Times Square and its adjoining streets and avenues. Choice of hotels in NYC should be great enough to accommodate both budget plans and more demanding tourists plans.

Times Square 42nd Street is a famous and busy subway station in NYC where 5 different lines join and it is located under Times Square intersection of 42nd Street, 7th Avenue and Broadway. A great help for the tourists movements and an attraction in itself.

Louisville Kentuky, county seat of Jefferson county and most populated city of the state. Situated on the Ohio River in North-Central Kentucky at the Falls of the Ohio. The Falls, or better the long rapids, were the only navigational obstacle on the river in earlier times. With the time a bypass canal and locks then larger locks and dam made the river uninterrupted for navigation all year round.

The city, with a downtown business disctrict, an industrial district and an Old Louisville neighborhood is an interesting location for travellers. Not only but Louisville is also ranked as a safe city for tourists and people visiting. This is even more interesting considering that louisville has 122 parks – these are in Louisville metro. To be mentioned also The Kentucky Center, located in the Louisville downtown hotel and entertainment district, for performing arts.

Among Louisville parks, The Louisville Waterfront Park, a municipal park of big extension, 72 acres, adjacent to the downtown area and Ohio river.

The trip of a lifetime can take a lifetime to plan unless you know how to pick a travel agency. How to find out the best travel agency.

A common wrong belief is that travel agencies add to the cost of our trip. In truth, finding out and using a perfect travel agency to plan your voyage usually puts away you time, money, and stress. So how do you pick a travel office?

Very good way to find a very good travel agency is to ask on net forum for instance. Try to ask your collegues and friends who they have used and talk with them about their yourney. How did they travel? Where did they slip? Was their trip enjoyable? Getting several referrals from friends helps you to know in ahead of time what to expect from each particular travel agent and helps you weed out the good from the not-so-good as well.

Many clubs can offer travel service for their members and a lot of firms have settled relationships with travel agencies that their employes can use. Members only journey plans very frequently offer the perfect value.

We must to compare travel firms. Shop a couple of experienced companies. Travel agencies come and go like any other businesses. With many offer for example: last minute, travel cards with bonuses, all inclusive. The ones that stay in business can add experience and know-how to each trip that they plan. Make your first review with a trip office a listening experience; judge how welll the agent listens you and how comfortable they make you can feel.

A good travel agent will ask you to outline the voyage. Theyll ask where you are plan to go and why, how youd prefer to travel, how long you plan to stay, and what your travel budget is. Be open and honest with your answers. A good agent will readily put together an example travel plan describing availabilities in transportation, accommodations, and estimated costs.

In addition to find out competitive rates in lodgings and transportation, a very experienced travel specialist can also give you some useful tips regarding your destination and here is the bonus universally,in general it costs nothing to use a trip agency. Due to they can buy in volume, journey offices receive discount on costs for both tickets and lodgings!

It seems obvious that for a long stay in a hotel the rates should be lower. This is not necessarily true and it depends on the pricing policy of each hotel establishment or hotel chain.

Looking at a real case, we can try to find the best weekly hotel rates for a hotel in Miami. Let’s search for availabilities and rates a week from now, checking in on Monday and checking out on Monday the following week, a 7 day hotel stay, one room for two adults. Some results show that the rates are not discounted even for such a long hotel stay but some results show clearly both the original price and the discount price as for instance:

El Palacio Sports Hotel shows a 25% discount for a three+ night stay (Stay 3 or more nights save 25%,Includes free Calder Raceway Clubhouse Entry).

The next extended stay hotel, as it shows a lower rate for a long stay, is the Best Western Miami Airport West Inn & Suites which shows a 15% discount, better than nothing for sure, (Book now and save 15%).

Then we have Hyatt Regency Miami offering some good savings, 20% off, but only on specific rooms (Up to 20% off the Miami suite room rate). This is a 4 star hotel, a good one and greatly located in downtown Miami.

This is a sample, as of today and of course hotel rates and discounts will change depending on when you run the search and depending on arrival date and hotel stay duration.

Extendedstayhotels are a good way to save on hotel reservations and checking the hotel offers before making a booking is strictly advised.
